Peter believes that an informed, educated customer is someone capable of helping determine which mortgage loan program best suits their particular needs. Having pursued a post-graduate degree in Philosophy and having worked for Forbes Magazine as a reporter-researcher, he understands that the mortgage process can often seem complicated and mystifying. He sees his job as one of education, not sales, and his goal is to help a new home buyer achieve a high degree of comfort ability and confidence with the decisions they’ll make during the application process. Referrals being the key to any reasonable level of success in a service related business, he seeks to establish an easy flow of communication between himself and his customers, and is available nights and weekends to assist with any questions or concerns they may have.

Peter resides in Aventura and his office is located in Miami Beach, the distances between affording him a good familiarity with real estate throughout Miami Dade and southern Broward counties.

Peter has been active in the mortgage business since 2004 and has been with Sunbelt Lending since February, 2008.
