Knowledge is power!

Prior to pursuing a career in loan origination, I was a loan processor and then moved into mortgage underwriting. This opportunity to underwrite mortgages prior to originating gives me a unique perspective on the loan. As I say, I put on my underwriter hat and look at the overall file from that angle. This underwriting experience assists in complete files which results in easy and efficient loan closings!

Have to love what you do!

The day that a young mother cried in my office because she had just been approved for her first home, was the day that I found my passion. I truly love what I do and enjoy making the mortgage experience as easy as possible for the buyer, seller, and Realtors involved. Buying a home should be a memorable occasion, not a stressful one. Communication is the key to much success in this industry!

My goals!

My mission is to obtain customers for life! I realize that there are many lenders in this industry, but the difference must be that of customer service. The loan is not the product. I am the product, therefore, my duty as a professional loan officer is to provide competitive rates, outstanding customer service, and insure a seamless closing process.
